Sanitary pad disposal is not done in the proper way in our country. There is no standard methods has been followed out. On realizing its need, Government has issued the order to place incinerator machine in all institutions that helps girls to discard the menstrual waste properly without any hesitation, and it also improves their presence. The incinerators are developed with smart technology and have auto cut-off function that automatically cuts down power once the process is said to be done. The pads must be incinerated because they are made up of non-biodegradable materials that cannot break into small pieces. This take about 500 – 800 years to decompose. Incinerator of sanitary pads turns it out in the form of ash that don’t cause harm to the environment.
